| From Fomfok hike - Santa Teresa Park |
I loved the wild flowers in Stile Panch/Fortini loop, poppies formed orange patches along the green slope. Actually there are many kinds of flowers, they all look good in detail, especially in my lens. :D Santa Teresa park turned out to be where Almaden research lab is, which is where nan used to work. I have hiked around the lab many times, but never formally hiked the park trails. It's funny I finally realized my April wild flower hike dream (somewhat) in this old-acquaintance-like park. I have easily missed out so many great wild flower seasons all these years.
Next week will be pinnacles national monument, the real April wild flower hike.
