compromise

When I had to work, he would wait patiently aside, but kept very close attention to every move I made. If I raised myself up, he would immediately came out his doziness and followed me around. If I don't do that and kept working for long time, he would raise himself up and walk around a bit, check me a few times, figure out if there is any slight chance I would play with him, if the answer is no, he would find another spot and put himself down and doze off again. Sometime, before he does that, he would give a very long sigh:

Every time, I could not help smiling at his long sigh and appreciate his understanding.

He does his sigh routine a lot at morning too, especially in weekend morning. He keeps checking me up to see if I am awake and if I am ready to get up. A few times later, he would go to my pillow, and put himself around my head. After making sure there is no chance I would get up at 8:00 'clock in a Saturday morning, he would sigh, and put his head on top of my forehead, and sleep along with me for another an hour or two.
