This beagle likes to howl to his master, saying "NOW THROW ME A BALL", then his master throws a ball, he fetches it back. His howling routine is so accurate, or demanding, his master kept giggling. In a few tries, all people in the dog park promise started to giggle or smile. Well, how the other dogs take it? Some of them started their howling as well, some just ignored that beagle. Cartman was in the later crowd.
