Earthquake!

Two waves of impacts, felt.
Running out, two, with the dog.
The dog was happy, yappy, jumping around, and off the leash. (no time to put leash on him when running for ones life.)
The dog obviously didn't sense such things as earthquake.
We worried more about two things: 1. why we were the only ones out of the house? Other families took it so well? 2. Will the dog follow us home? He had no leash on, he was free to run away now.

Fortunately, he did follow us home when we decided it was safe to go back. Clearly he was having fun to chew the grasses on the lawn, but he did run back and rush into the door before us when we opened it. A NICE DOGGIE!
